This is very true that a regular exercise routine helps to nourish the skin all over the body because exercise is good for maintaining a proper supply of fresh blood, nutrients and oxygen to the skin cells. Regular exercise is also helpful in the body detoxification process, as it helps get rid of toxins in the form of sweat which results in healthy cells, healthy epidermis and healthy organs.
In reality sweating is not responsible for triggering acne flare-ups. In fact, sweating is good for removing impurities from the epidermal layer and cleans out the pores. Exercise is also great for normalizing hormonal balance. For healthy glowing skin you can choose from variety of exercises that you enjoy such as yoga, running, biking, spinning, palates etc. Regular stress is also helpful in reliving your stress. Stress is responsible for many skin related problems like premature aging which results in dull skin, wrinkles and fine lines due the loss of collagen. Physical activity can actually promote the growth of collagen in your skin cells, plumping up your facial skin and making you look younger and more vibrant with healthy glowing skin.

– Curl your lips in to your mouth and try to bowl air through your mouth without opening your mouth. This would help to stretch your muscles around the mouth and also help you to remove small lines. Count up to 5 while doing this exercise and relax, repeat this at least 10 times for better results.
– For lips – suck your figure as hard as possible and slowly remove it. Do this exercise for at least 10 times.
